After serving 6 years in the Navy and then pursuing his love of art for 5 years at SCAD, David has found tattooing to be the most engaging career. Tattooing is always an exciting challenge that changes day to day and never stops being fun. David says he is honored to have the privilege of working with some of the best tattooers in the US at a shop full of history.

Thomas was born and raised in middle Georgia and has opinions on how proper cornbread is made. After high school he attended Geogia Tech but decided to pursue tattooing after he graduated. Tattooing since 2001, he underwent a traditional apprenticeship and then spent a few years at Beyond Taboo in Macon, Georgia. Now a permanent resident of Savannah, Georgia and co-owner of California Tattoo, he’s proud to serve the clientele of the Low Country.
